About Me
I'm a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and couples through times of challenge, transition, and growth.
My work is trauma-informed and grounded in therapies that are supported by research and guided by a recovery-oriented model—meaning I believe in your capacity to heal, grow, and lead a life that aligns with your values.
I specialize in evidence-based psychotherapy such as:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR)
Integrated Behavioral Couples Therapy (IBCT)
Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
I received my undergraduate degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and my Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the University of Chicago, where I was trained in evidence-based, client-centered approaches to mental health.
Clients often describe me as warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. I aim to create a space where you can feel safe, understood, and actively engaged in your own healing process. Whether you're facing depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to help you identify what matters most to you—and take practical, meaningful steps toward change.
